Dr. Dirk Pramann
Dr Dirk Pramann is an experienced CEO with a clear vision for corporate development and succession planning for successful, owner-managed companies. Born and raised in Hamburg, he studied business administration and completed his studies with a doctorate in economics. After gaining initial experience in finance and controlling, he soon founded his own consulting firm, which focused on controlling and restructuring from the outset. After initially advising small and medium-sized companies, Dr Pramann began supporting larger companies and corporations in 2005. His focus here was on the reorganisation of corporate investments.
Since 2010, Dr Pramann has been working exclusively in the investment business. With Mition, he has since focused on unresolved succession arrangements for successful, owner-managed companies. His broad expertise and sensitive competence in supporting companies even in critical phases make him a trustworthy partner for any organisation interested in sustainable development.
Outside of his professional commitments, Dr Pramann has a passion for sailing, particularly regatta sailing in the former, but still very active, Olympic class ‘Dragon’. Here he is ‘Commodore’ and chairman of the class organisation. He also actively supports the German Olympic candidates in sailing, while his love of art and classical music is another important part of his life.

Johannes Erfurth
The businessman from Berlin has been active in the SME sector for over 18 years and has supported numerous companies in their successful business development. The focus of his work lies in the implementation of reliable succession solutions and the sustainable profitable orientation of companies.
After completing his degree in business administration at the University of Potsdam, specialising in corporate management and finance, Johannes Erfurth initially worked as a consultant for small and medium-sized companies. During this time, he gained valuable experience and a sound understanding of corporate structures.
Working alongside Dr Pramann, he took the step into entrepreneurial activity in the infrastructure sector, where he drove forward the development of the companies and played a key role in shaping the growth of the Mition Group as CFO. Johannes Erfurth has been a co-partner at Mition since 2013 and was involved in the acquisition of other companies in the technology and production sector as part of succession solutions, which laid the foundation for the sustainable development of the group of companies.
Johannes Erfurth's drive and enthusiasm lie in long-term, pragmatic and commercially oriented action. In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, he enjoys drawing inspiration from cultural programmes, delving into economic topics or devoting himself to a good game of chess.
